Anna Hill visits Cedars Farm in Norfolk, where a group of scientists and farmers have installed technology to be able to monitor and use the scarce water more sustainably. The local water abstraction group has installed sensors, guages, boreholes and other monitoring equipment, which tells the farmer exactly where and when to take the water they need.
