Children's spy drama. Rose is leaving MI High. She's been selected for the National Academy of Brilliance, where her brain can really be tested. Frank sends Oscar and Carrie to track down Dr Vince, a genius inventor who will sell his inventions to anyone who will buy, leaving British agents facing enemies with better technology than them. Rose starts to notice that once people are 'tested' at the academy, all signs of genius disappear. Something isn't right, but Frank dismisses her concerns.
