Children's spy drama. Pupils at St Hope's are mysteriously turning into Japanese fighting fish, and the spies suspect someone is remotely accessing the Mind Machine that Frank is guarding while the spies protect its inventor, Dr Wallis. Meanwhile, Ofsted spring a snap inspection on St Hopes, but Rose is immediately suspicious of the inspector, Mr Richter. Is he a SKUL agent? Oscar is concerned that if the school is closed there will be no more MI High.
