A look at travel in days gone by. Using viewers' own archive footage and personal testimony we tell the tale of how and where people roamed, travelling by air from Silloth to the Isle of Man for the TT races in 1956, and embarking on an adventure with a family from Cumbria who travelled around Spain in their camper van in the 1960s and 1970s. In Dumfries, we uncover films made by three generations of one family dating back to 1930s India.
