Family care activist Erin Pizzey nominates American poet and writer Gertrude Stein for recognition. The renowned 1920s arts patron spent most of her life in France, and was one of the first art collectors to champion the work of Picasso, Cezanne and Matisse, and Erin describes how Gertrude's example inspired her to live a life without compromise.
