Eighties pop diva-turned-gardener Kim Wilde and garden designer Nicola Mager join presenters Mark Evans and Nick Clark as this super gardening programme returns for a second series.

The programme is a unique quiz show with a horticultural twist. It's the first quiz show with a horticultural twist. It's the first quiz show of its kind to throw down the gauntlet to a horticulturally challenged family in desperate need of help. Their challenge is to battle against the clock and win items for the ultimate garden makeover.

The Invaders team tackles the most disastrous, diabolic and desperate gardens in a race against time with only 12 hours to complete the makeover. The pressure is on the family to try to win as many items as possible for their garden and the more items they win, the more dramatic the transformation. Joined by a team of student horticulturists, Kim or Nicola battle against the clock as each item won is used to transform a garden disaster into a Garden of Eden.

From handy hints to tense trepidation, for the green fingered or the unenlightened, Garden Invaders has something for everyone.
