This week, the candidates are tasked to create advertising campaigns to entice people from the UK to visit Finland during the summer months. Half the team head to Finland to film an advert for television, whilst the others create a marketing campaign and a digital billboard to be displayed at London's Piccadilly circus. Next, the candidates pitch their campaigns to leading industry experts, including the Head of Tourism for Finland. Back in the boardroom, one of the candidates leaves the competition
