Business competition. The remaining candidates are called to the restaurant at the top of the Gherkin in London, where Lord Sugar gives them their latest task - to create and brand their own ready meal. There is tension for some right from the start as reluctant cooks are confined to the kitchen. One of the teams has two very different ideas on the table, and a food fight ensues to decide which to go with. Some make a meal out of branding their dishes, while the rest whip up the food. The next day they have to pitch to Britain's supermarket giants, after testing the products on focus groups. Once in the boardroom, the orders are revealed.
