Business-based reality show. Lord Sugar challenges the candidates to develop and open their own fast food outlet. The teams get two brand new sites in the centre of the West End to turn into protoype fast-food outlets. One team goes for Mexican meals, the other for British pie and mash. Unfortunately for the teams, their two-hour trial runs do not go according to plan, and there is much to fix before Lord Sugar pays them a visit. The teams pitch their businesses to experts from the fast food industry, but only one team will make it through to the final.
