Thriller based on a true story about a mother's deadly obsession which leads to murder and heartache for her son. Diana and her son Nick have a good relationship until he wants to set up home with his girlfriend Abby. Diana interferes to such an extent that the couple elope. So enraged, Diana wreaks her deadly revenge but it is only in the courtroom where Nick has fiercely protested his mother's innocence that he learns the bitter truth.
