Timeslip (1955)

A scientist is fished out of the river having miraculously survived a gunshot wound - but speaking in a way that makes no sense. Exposure to radiation has brought him back to life, but left him out of synch with time - a challenge that must be overcome if he is to prevent his evil double from stealing his top secret research.
