When a series of rapes take place in a close nit neighbourhood, newlywed Jennifer, begins to suspect her husband Chris, of the attacks. As Chris and Jennifer's marriage is put under strain, Chris claims he can let off steam by going out for a run each night - coincidentally clashing with the time of each rape. Jennifer's terrifying suspicions increase, leading her to contact the local police station. However, staying loyal to their old friend Chris, the police ignore the plea for help. But when Jennifer is warned that Chris molestered his sister as a child, Jennifer takes on her own investigation, and tracks Chris' movements to the home of his next victim.
