The Storytellers (2000)

Drama about an ageing writer who, having trouble finding an agent, persuades her grandson to pose as the author of her scripts. Things get complicated when he falls for the agent who takes him on and he has to spin an increasingly elaborate web of lies to continue the subterfuge.
