When head elf Nigel (Jordan Prentice) gets his dates muddled up, Santa Claus (R.D. Reid) accidentally sets off on his Christmas present drop a day early. With his magical powers only active on Christmas Eve, Santa subsequently crashes his sleigh, loses his sack and ends up with amnesia.
The house St Nick crashes into belongs to the Fox family, who are a little short on Christmas spirit. Mum and dad Angela (Jennifer Beals) and Wayne (Rick Roberts) are workaholics and their kids Hannah (Rebecca Williams) and Toby (Gage Monroe) feel a little bit neglected. But with Santa unable to carry out his duties until he regains his memory, the Foxes must come together to remind him, and themselves, what the festive season is all about.
