Comedy caper about ex-con John Dortmunder and his brother-in-law Andrew Kelp who steal a priceless diamond from the Brooklyn Museum, with a little help from expert getaway man Stan Murch, but then they lose it and spend the rest of the movie trying to retrieve it.
