Inept Taekwondo instructor Fred Simmons (Danny R. McBride, pictured) likes to believe that he's a cross between Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris, but when his wife leaves him, his life is thrown into a tailspin. Losing students through his bizarre teaching methods, Simmons attempts to get his hero - martial arts star Chuck "The Truck" Wallace (Ben Best) - to make an appearance at his dojo. But when Wallace crosses the line, the scene is set for an almighty showdown between the two fighters.
Discovered by Will Ferrell and anchorman writer/director Adam McKay, this low-budget comedy gem is heavily influenced by the likes of The Office and benefits from well-observed writing, natural performances and some excruciatingly funny set-ups.
