Bette Midler, Goldie Hawn and Diane Keaton star as Brenda, Elise and Annie, three women who meet at the funeral of a mutual college friend, where they discover they have something else in common: they've all been dumped by their husbands for a younger model.
Vowing revenge, the three women decide to hit their cheating ex-husbands where it hurts most: the pocket. Using the skills of socialite Gunilla Garson Goldberg (Maggie Smith), Annie's daughter Chris (Jennifer Dundas) and Mob boss Carmine Morelli (Philip Bosco), they begin to pick them off one by one in Hugh Wilson's sharp comedy.
