After embarking on an undercover mission in Bucharest to uncover an international gang of weapons dealers, US secret agent Sonni Griffith (Wesley Snipes) is given the job of protecting Nadia Cominski (Silvia Colloca), the widow of a Mafia accountant. However, when their CIA safe house is broken into, Sonni realises he has been betrayed by the agency. Now alone, Sonni fights to survive and protect Nadia.
