Growl Power is back! The four feisty, fun-loving females who call themselves The Cheetah Girls return to the screen as they continue their crusade to become a top pop group. Their leader is Gabriella,. She decides to enter the group in a Barcelona music festival, and the girls are thrilled. So it's Viva Espana as they set off for the adventure of a life-time. But in the beautiful Spanish city things start to get complicated. Joaquin, the hunky dancer who's showing them the sights, falls for Dorinda, while aspiring designer Aquanetta is fascinated by the stylish fashion she sees around her. Can the group survive such distractions, and will the festival's strict rules mean the end of the Cheetah Girls' bid for fame? Music and fun in the sun as the fabulous foursome pursue their dreams.
