Jim Carrey stars in a dark comic satire about a man whose life is taken over by a psychotic cable TV installer who is determined to become his best friend.
He naively asks the cable guy to give him some free extra channels, but there's a price to pay - and his attempts to sever his unwanted friendship have disastrous results. Director Ben Stiller makes a cameo appearance.
