The first of the St Trinians comedies, based on the drawings of the late Ronald Searle, with a wonderful cast, wicked sense of humour and knowing demolition of the image of the British public schoolgirl. Alastair Sim, Joyce Grenfell and George Cole join in the fun, which includes gambling, horse kidnapping and the riotous girls concocting gin in chemistry lessons.
