Family comedy about Ragtime, a miniature pony with a gift for performing impressive tricks. When a down-on-their-luck couple see Ragtime on TV, they plan to kidnap the pony and make their fortune. But Ragtime is much smarter than the bumbling crooks and soon the captors become the captives.
