Gillian Anderson plays Alice, a city slicker who encounters Adam when he's installing CCTV at her house. Taking a shine to him, she invites him to a party in the country and have a passionate journey. But their passion turns into a nightmare when a group of locals pounce on them, beating Adam unconscious and brutally raping Alice. Months later, physically recovered but mentally tormented, they get a lead on their attackers and set out to exact a violent and brutal revenge.
