The story of LA gang member Bobby, who comes out of prison only to find the new boss has turned the gang into a drug-dealing operation. Bobby's woman, Carole, is also now turning tricks to feed her habit and is neglecting his son, who was born while he was inside. Pressured into committing a murder for the gang, Bobby is caught and sent down again; but this time, there is a chance of redemption and possible salvation when he once again regains his freedom.
