Horace Pinker (Mitch Pileggi) is a vicious and unsympathetic serial killer who has spent a long time on death row awaiting his execution. On the eve of his big day he makes a pact with the devil.

That day has now arrived and he is sent down to the electric chair. Showing no remorse to the families of his victims Pinker is executed laughing.

However all hell breaks loose in the execution chamber as the electrical energy races around the prison, and leaving Pinker, to all intense and purposes, well and truly dead.

However all is not as it seems, the electrical energy transforms Pinker into a monster, able to enter and possess other's bodies at will. Now he is loose and unstoppable and deter,imed to complete his ultimate in vengeful acts as he tracks down the football player who turned him into the police.
