Anachronistic comedy sequel to Shanghai Noon. Chon Wang and Roy O'Bannon are both out of place in Victorian London, hunting the murderer of Chon's father and uncovering a conspiracy to assassinate the royal family. Along the route they meet Jack the Ripper, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and a young Charlie Chaplin, and indulge in a little kung-fu fighting.
