Norman Jewison directed this contribution to the canon of romantic comedies starring Rock Hudson and Doris Day. Hudson stars as hypochondriac George Kimball who, mistakenly believing he only has a few months to live, arouses the suspicions of his wife Judy when he tries to pair her off with Bert Power as a potential future husband. Convinced George is having an affair, Judy goes on the warpath until the plots many misunderstandings are resolved. Also starring Tony Randall. First showing on Film4.
