David Mirkin's comedy stars Mira Sorvino as Romy White and Lisa Kudrow as Michele Weinberger, friends since high school who think Pretty Woman is, like, the best film ever and shopping is a form of workout. Invited to their tenth class reunion, they decide to pretend they're rich businesswomen who made a fortune inventing Post-It Notes. The narrative alternates between flashbacks to their time at school and the reunion. The film's humour never flags, but rises above the genre with some sharply observed characters.
