Love at the Shore (2017)

Single mother Jenna, the author of a series of successful teen novels, is forced to make her family's annual beach holiday a working break when her publisher insists she has just five weeks to deliver her next book. Moving in to a beach-front home, Jenna is horrified to learn her next-door neighbour is slacker surfer Lucas, whose loud partying keeps her from focusing on her work. However, the kids take a shine to care-free Lucas, and when she is forced to share a dinner with him one evening, Jenna begins to thaw out too.
