Movie hardman Jean-Claude Van Damme stars in this spectacular action flick about a man seeking revenge against the vicious kickboxer who brutally crippled his brother in the ring.
Van Damme plays Kurt, brother and 'ringman' to the world heavyweight kickboxing champion Eric Sloane (Dennis Alexio). Eric has beaten everyone Stateside and when a journalist suggests he heads to Thailand to face the fighters in the country where the sport was born, he takes up the challenge and takes his younger brother along with him.
In Bangkok, Eric faces Thailand's most fearsome fighter, Tong Po (Michel Qissi). The fight sees Eric leave the ring on a stretcher, paralysed after Tong Po took a cheap shot once Kurt had thrown in the towel. Enraged by the Thai boxer's underhand actions, Kurt swears to exact revenge and defeat Tong Po in the ring himself. He sets out to train for the fight of his life with the help of Xian Chow (Dennis Chan), a Muay Thai boxing master who lives in a remote part of Thailand. After three months, Xian declares that Kurt is now ready to meet his destiny...
