Jericho Fever (1993)

A group of terrorists target a Mexican building where peace negotiations are being held, but when the bomb explodes one of the criminals becomes infected with a deadly virus. As the gang flee across the border to America the virus begins to spread, leaving a medical expert and an FBI agent to track down the culprits.
