In Sharon Maguire's drama Michelle Williams plays a young mother who is bored with her marriage. While her husband and young son are at a football game, she meets and is seduced by Jasper Black, a journalist. But while they are making love, suicide bombers attack the stadium, killing her husband and son. Bereft, she searches for meaning, even befriending the son of one of the bombers, while Black, investigating the bombings, begins to find out that there may be a cover-up going to the very top of the government.
