The cops are called to a disturbance at Granny's house in the woods, where all hell has broken loose. Granny (Glenn Close) is accusing a wolf (Patrick Warburton) of attacking her with intent to eat, a burly woodsman (James Belushi) has crashed through the wall with an axe and all Little Red Riding Hood (Anne Hathaway) was doing was delivering goodies. They've all got their stories, but is it all make-believe? And what has it got to do with the mysterious "Goodie Bandit"?
CGI animations seem to be two-a-penny at the moment, but Hoodwinked was definitely a stand-out for its witty story and voice talents of everyone from The Devil Wears Prada star Hathaway, to Hollywood stalwart Glenn Close, to rapper Xzibit who plays Chief Grizzly. Fine woodland fun.
