Working for the US government, agent Mallory Kane (Gina Carano) has been sent to rescue a Chinese journalist held captive in Barcelona. What should have been a routine mission for the highly trained and lethal operative turns into an elbow-dropping, high-kicking battle of wits as an unknown belligerent attempts to have her killed.
Kane can trust no-one as all those around her, including ex-colleague Aaron (Channing Tatum) and former lover and boss Kenneth (Ewan McGregor), give her reason to suspect that they are plotting against her.
