When marshall Earp saves Holiday from a lynch mob, the pair form an unlkely friendship and, after several scrapes, end up in Tombstone, where Wyatt's cousin Virgil needs help with the troublesome Clanton family. Joined by brothers Morgan and JImmy, the Earps and Holliday ride into history. Love interest comes in the shape of Laura Denbow an independent lady who intrigues Wyatt and Kate Fisher, Holliday's long-suffering girl.
