Five years after the events of the original Ghostbusters film, Sigourney Weaver, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis and Rick Moranis are reunited for this trip back to the world of ghouls and ectoplasmic sludge. When Venkman's old flame Dana Barrett, now a single mother with a young baby and an art restorer at the Manhattan Art Museum, finds her pram speeding away from her with paranormal force, she calls in her old friends to discover the cause.
