Bizarre comic horror about a freak show whose exhibits are deliberate creations of the crazed owner. A sitcom actor is made spokesperson for a large corporation attempting to combat the bad press it has received over the use of an environmentally toxic chemical. While on a trip there, he visits the show and discovers that the creatures have been produced using the company's chemical.
