Action thriller about a special agent who goes on the trail of a rebel militia. At a memorial service to honour those killed in a terrorist incident, she is powerless to stop the group from kidnapping her husband and making an attempt on the president's life. The agent resolves to go after the gang, little realising that she too is on their hitlist.
