Action thriller in which a Secret Service agent, who has been appointed to guard the president's daughter on a white-water rafting expedition, must rescue her charge from a group of terrorists. Because of her success while guarding the US president, the agent is assigned this new mission which she thinks is somewhat beneath her. But despite her reservations, the agent's skills are soon put to the test.
