All-action thriller set in the world of Hong Kong's Triad gangs. The death of the leader of the territory's largest gang, some 50,000 members strong, prompts an election tussle between two candidates: the cool Lok and hot-headed Big D. When Lok beats the corrupt tactics of Big D, Big D threatens to upset the investiture. But then the sacred baton that bestows power goes missing. The first to retrieve it will become leader and, as the police become involved, and even Triad lawyers try to resolve the matter, the race is on to track the ceremonial object down.
