Disney family adventure. Pampered Hollywood chihuahua Chloe is taken on holiday to Mexico by her owner's scatterbrained niece, who promptly loses her. Left to wander the streets, she bonds with some of the locals, including a lonely ex-police dog and a hyperactive chihuahua who falls head over heels in love with her. Together they embark on a perilous adventure to get Chloe home, while trying to evade ruthless dognapper Vasquez and his vicious doberman, who have their eyes on her diamond collar.
