Steve Oedekerk's animated family film tells the story of Otis the Cow who, after his mentor Ben passes on, finds himself in charge of the farmyard where all the animals want to do is party. But with danger threatening from lurking coyotes, he must face up to his responsibility and take control, helped by his sweetheart Daisy and Miles the Mule.
