Assault on Precinct 13 (1976)

A virtually deserted police station in downtown Los Angeles is besieged by heavily armed violent street thugs. The cops realise they cannot fight off the overwhelming forces alone, so enter into an uneasy alliance with the criminals they have locked in the cells.
