Chuck Norris stars as a martial arts master recruited to crack a powerful narcotics racket. Norris is Matt Logan, the last resort for a drugs investigation team that is gradually being wiped out - by a sinister and skilful assassin. The killer tries to scare Logan off, murdering his son. But he has only succeeded in arousing the warrior's ire and now Logan is taking a more personal interest.
