Up Rising: The Prodigals

Sitcom about one man's determination to stop his local village from changing. Ronald's son Nick returns home with a bunch of techno-hippies in tow, and quickly becomes friendly with Terry and Maxine's precocious public-school-educated daughter Tori, which makes things difficult between Ronald and Terry. Martin continues to till Harriet's garden, while she waits for the chance to seduce him
