In 1977 in the Welsh valleys, schoolgirl Siwan is obsessed with Shakespeare and believes it's her destiny to be the first woman to play Hamlet. When she finds out her acting idol Richard Burton is due to make a visit to her school, she is determined to impress him and seize her chance to be taken seriously as an actor, but the odds are not in her favour, Drama, starring Sadie Evans, with Matthew Rhys providing the voice of Burton.
