Another chance to see Heledd Cynwal, Iestyn Jones and Siôn Tomos Owen visiting Dyffryn Banw and the Welshpool area to seek out the area's more interesting and hidden tales. From the peaceful Montgomery Canal to the splendour of Powis Castle, there is plenty to see in this beautiful part of Wales. And as one would expect so close to the border, the valley has seen some of Wales' bloodiest battles.
