Using a sign language called Makaton, Something Special helps its audience learn how to communicate as well as develop their language in a fun and exciting way. Justin Fletcher presents songs, rhymes and visual humour all centred around themes that are familiar to young children. Justin and his friends Grace and Danny visit a zoo and help the zookeepers at feeding time. Justin helps shower a mummy elephant called Karishma and her three-week-old baby called George. Meanwhile, Mr Tumble has a very special job - cleaning out Harry the hamster's cage. But who is looking after Harry?
