Water Rats: The Witness

Holloway is suspended from police duties when he is charged with the murder of Sam Jones. However, Rachel believes Frank is being set up by Melbourne crime figure Charlie Hayes to discredit him as a witness in Gary Travis' upcoming trial. She sets out to clear his name with help from her new partner Sykes. The boat crew deals with a pair of jet skiers whose antics are threatening endangered penguin species.
