Third Watch: Everybody Lies

While on foot controlling the scene of an accident between an armoured truck and a car, Bosco and Yokas chase a young man who steals a bag of money. They are forced to take cover when the criminal sprays mace, but he abandons the cash, which the officers hide so they can continue the pursuit. Unfortunately, when they return, it is gone. When they track down a motorist witnessed leaving the scene, Bosco and Yokas suspect that they were tricked by an elaborate plan. Meanwhile, Kim and Doc treat a stabbing victim, Aaron Noble. Kim recognises his name but does not initially realise that Noble is a famous reporter whose work she admires. Later, Noble asks Kim on a date. Also, Kim and Doc encounter the young woman, Nicole, whose charge of sexual impropriety caused Carlos to lose his job, and they elicit a startling admission from her.
